Curiously, we found "SAKAI" nameplates that should have zero inventory.
We thought they were probably waiting for this day.

At first, we dismounted the main components such as the engine and transmission.
The robustness of SAKAI's manual transmission is one of the reasons why the TS7409 has been used for a long time.
We hoped it doesn't break much, but let's disassemble and readjust it first.

The fuel tank was badly corroded and we gave up on reuse. If fuel leaks, it's a catastrophe. Safety first!
We contacted Takeno Co., Ltd., the original supplier of this parts.
The president of the company remembered the tank and happily agreed to make new one.
We are lucky!

Removing parts one by one and sorting into reusable parts and parts that need replacement.
The reusable parts will be cleaned and repainted.
The replacement parts will be ordered.
